Application for the Approval
This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to admissions, academic requirements, fees, conduct and related policies for students enrolled at the institute. The institute and the University rules and regulations together govern admission and continuation in the programme.
Terms & Conditions for B.Ed. Students
Admission & Enrollment
Admission will be processed as per the rules and regulations of the University subject to availability of seats. The institute reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
Students must submit all required original documents (10th, 12th, Degree mark sheets, Degree / Provisional Degree Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, Caste/Income Certificate (if applicable) etc.) at the time of admission.
Admission is provisional until approved by the University. Once approved, it becomes final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Original Documents
The institution will retain all original documents submitted at the time of admission.
Originals will be returned only after full clearance of all dues/fees.
No request for interim return of originals will be entertained.
Fee Structure & Payment
Once admission is confirmed/approved by the University, the student is liable to pay the entire course fee for both years (irrespective of withdrawal, discontinuation, cancellation or transfer).
After admission approval, fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. If the student has paid only part of the fees, he/she is liable to pay the remaining committed fees/dues compulsorily.
The fee must be paid as per the schedule provided by the institution. Failure to pay dues may result in withholding of hall ticket, results and/or original documents.
Attendance & University Requirements
Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance in each subject (theory and practicals) as per the University regulations.
Internal assessment, assignments, teaching practice, tour, CLC camp and other academic requirements must be completed satisfactorily to be eligible for appearing in university examinations.
The expenses incurred for University Student Affiliation, teaching practice, tour, CLC camp etc. should be borne by the student.
Examinations & Certification
The examination fees and student eligibility/approval fees payable to the University should be paid by the student before the last date. If unpaid by the student, the institution is not responsible for any consequences.
Only those students who have cleared fees, maintained attendance and fulfilled internal / University requirements will be permitted to appear for university examinations.
The degree certificate will be issued solely by the University subject to the student’s compliance with academic and administrative requirements.
Discipline & Conduct
Students must maintain discipline, respect faculty and peers and uphold the reputation of the institution.
Dress code as prescribed for practical training / school visits etc. must be followed.
Misbehavior, malpractice or violation of institutional/university rules will invite disciplinary action, including suspension or cancellation of admission and forfeiture of paid fees. The decision of the management is final in such cases.
Withdrawal / Discontinuation
Once admission is approved by the University, withdrawal/cancellation of admission is not permitted.
If a student discontinues the course for any reason, they are still liable to pay the full course fee.
Original documents will be released only after such dues are cleared.
Amendments
The institution reserves the right to modify/amend rules, fee schedules or policies as required by the University or management.

Terms & Conditions for NTT / D.El.Ed / 10th & 12th Students
Admission & Eligibility
Admission is open to candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria set by the institute.
Admission is confirmed only after submission of the application form, required documents and payment of fees.
The institute reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
Course Duration & Structure
The NTT / D.El.Ed / 10th & 12th programmes follow the schedule and syllabus as prescribed.
Students should follow the class timetable (theory, practical and internship etc.). Changes in schedule, if any, will be communicated in advance.
Attendance & Participation
A minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for certification.
Active participation in teaching practice, workshops and projects is compulsory.
Internal assessment, assignments, teaching practice, tour, camp and other academic requirements must be completed satisfactorily to be eligible for exams.
The expenses incurred for student affiliation, teaching practice, tour, camp etc. should be borne by the student.
Fee Policy
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Fees must be cleared on or before the due dates.
Late payment may attract a fine.
Assignments, Exams & Certification
Completion of assignments, practical training and practical examinations before the informed dates is compulsory for certification.
The institute holds the right to withhold results/certificates in case of pending dues, non-compliance or disciplinary issues.
Certificates will only be awarded upon successful completion of all academic and training requirements.
Discipline & Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional behaviour, decorum and mutual respect in class.
Misconduct, use of abusive language or disruption of class will invite disciplinary action.
Dress code as prescribed for practical training / school visits must be followed.
Study Material & Intellectual Property
Study materials provided by the institute are for personal use only. Sharing, reproducing or selling materials without permission is strictly prohibited.
Termination of Admission
The institute reserves the right to cancel admission in case of:
Non-payment of fees,
Continuous absenteeism,
Misconduct or violation of rules,
Non-completion of assignments,
Absent for practical or theory exams.
